GUIDELINES

15 icons are free! After those 15, it's $0.10 / 1 DW point an icon.

I'd like to stick to max 300 icons per commission!

That would make 100 icons $8.50/85 points (this includes the free 15 icons).

250 icons would be $23.50 or 235 points (this includes the free 15 icons).

Anywhere between that and we can work out the sum!

If you divide and it turns into a 0.5 points, feel free to round down.

Payment by either Paypal or DW points. I'm in the UK, but I am using USD for ease!

Some things will have extra charges due to extra effort being needed - see below.

As a note - it is per screencap, not necessarily per icon! If you give me 100 screencaps and pay for 100 icons, if I do different crops that's on me and no extra cost!

I will respond with approval/check ins for screencaps / colouring.

I will make the icons and send you some samples for approval.

Once approval has been met, I will PM with Paypal info or points can be sent to @maerad.

I'll send you the link to download your icons!

EXTRA CHARGES:

$4.00/40 POINTS: RECREATING YOUR CHARACTER: For example, you give me the sliders and I have to physically recreate your character in the game.

$3.00/30 POINTS: TAKING MY OWN SCREENCAPS: For example, you give me a video, save file, etc and I have to go in and take the caps myself.

How do I give you save files/sliders/etc?

Share your save file (for example, info here).

Send me screencaps of your sliders like this, in a file like this.

Send me the numbers for each slider (e.g. Complexion: Freckled 4, Vitiligo: 10% intensity, amount, 78%.)

as i discussed with you over pm!! he's named "FFXIV_CHARA_05.dat" rn but if you have another .dat file in that slot, just rename it to any other number - 21 or something - and the game will put him in that corresponding character slot

i'm not super picky about how you take screencaps and subsequently icon them, nor how many you take, but i would like to make sure his icons cover the following:
- beard
- no beard
- weathered bale attire (drk 80 set from shadowbringers)
- reverence attire (pld 90 set from endwalker)
- various expressions and angles, more or less like the ones i already have on this account, but i would really like to replace all of these icons
- not really picky about expressions, i doubt i need anything more complicated than serious / smiley / sad
- a few back shots or mouth crops since i tend to use those whenever i don't have a corresponding expression lmao
- this is just a personal preference but i'd appreciate it if you could take the shots in ishgard because i find it makes for the best lighting lol

please let me know if you have any questions!! i know this is a lot lol but i'm pretty chill so as long as there's 150 icons at the end i don't care much about other things

oh oops one more thing, sorry to add on more after the fact - if you could also do a few caps of him in the hyuran tunic set (the level 1 hyuran gear) i'd appreciate it! that should be all i need.

okay hi!! i've done a round of caps here so you can pick out what you might like/the vibe you want from them.

if there's a particular kind of cap you want more of you can let me know and i can take more, or if there's something else you want i can do that too ofc!!

this was mostly me messing around in gpose/cutscenes to see what i could cap, so let me know what has worked and what hasn't and we can go from there!

ty so much for the speedy screencapping... i appreciate this very much. also appreciate you being willing to work with me step by step LMAO because clearly i don't myself know what i need until i see it.

actually these are all very solid and good and i like quite a good chunk of these!! i think my one request is that i am very fond of icons 6, 7, 10, and 11 on this account and would love it if you could approximate those expressions (not picky about which outfits etc). i forgot the power of a good closed-eye /smile or a /pray haha

he probably also needs a couple more dismayed/frustrated/angry/maybe even attacking?? expressions but i forgot what i used to do to get those in a non clownish way... sorry for being a retired ffxiv player. i do hope that helps. let me know if you need more feedback from me!

edit: sorry — also realized that some "stuff i don't want" would probably also be helpful? um, i probably don't need you to go into cutscenes; it's fine to just take them all in different places throughout ishgard haha. also i'm sorry if this is extra info you don't need, but here's a similar collection of caps i did for an oc back in the day... this kind of vibe is pretty much all i need!

also the brass gorget is the bane of my existence but that's ok i could kinda tell you didn't mean for it to be there

hi there!! the specifics and details are so helpful as are the prev caps for me to use as a reference... and yes the brass gorget makes me so mad but i only realised after the first set LMAO you can see me take it off later...
